How We Started

We believe rug, despite being one of the most widely used commodities in all different places across the world, is not designed and manufactured to its full potential. For the majority of people, rugs are more a practical item rather than an art and decorative item. In FIBER, we strive to change this by adding new elements through our design and manufacturing techniques to rugs. Our goal is to design, manufacture and “educate” the public that rugs not only can be put on the floor as a regular rug but also be shown as an art piece. 

Creating “New” rugs 

Derived from this core idea, collaborating with artists and parties from different sectors would allow us to explore and test the limits of the whole rug/homeware market. In a long run, we hope our rugs or rug as a commodity could reach out to more individuals and FIBER would be able to fulfil every rug users’ preferences and needs by offering both limited collaboration products and also rugs inspired by different elements fitting every single occasion and locations.

• Provide mediums for authentication. (Numbered Edition Cards, Certificated NFC chip of authenticity)
